Hey, I’m Jayna, the face behind

the whole big blog

I’m a wife and blended mama of three, firmly rooted in the charming town of Forest, VA. Coffee is my love language, and the scents of fresh-cut lilacs and magnolia blossoms bring me pure joy.

A learning nerd at heart, I’m currently navigating the homeschooling journey with our 9-year-old, while our BIGS embark on their freshman and sophomore years in college. My husband, a subcontractor extraordinaire (a Zack-of-all-trades), is not just my life partner but also the steadfast encourager behind all that my heart dreams up. And, of course, our micro sheepadoodle, Charmin, is our furever furbaby!

In our home, we don't just dream; we live crazy adventures. Spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen, complete with off-key singing and made-up words, are a regular thing. I have a knack for finding the good in everything, and I've been told that the sound of my laughter is one of the best parts about me. Thank you for being here.
